One of the realities of the "Future of Work" is that new technology capabilities will evolve, which will impact tomorrow's workforce in one of two ways
Individuals will be required to learn/obtain "new" skills
Place a lower value (or commoditize) existing skills.
Individuals looking to keep themselves highly marketable in tomorrow's workforce should be familiar with Technology "commoditization" so they can not only recognize the pattern - but use that knowledge to adjust their skill sets long before their current skills are impacted.
